Dr. Howard Robins and I are old friends and we're both very involved in holistic health. We talk all the time about the work he's doing to bring healing opportunities to the world. Years ago I watched him develop his interest in probiotics and begin to develop products for his patients. There was a big learning curve and probiotics became a major interest in his life. At one point, I thought he had achieved a great result and I enjoyed taking his product, seeing a lot of benefit to my health. He wasn't satisfied though, and took his research to a higher level. We're going to talk about that research and what he learned about probiotics that the public knows almost nothing about.

Most of us want to be as healthy as possible and do a lot for it. In recent years, the microbiome (gut bacteria, fungi, protozoa and viruses) has become famous as a major key to our wellness. Of course, we'd like to strengthen it as much as possible and have learned that imbibing probiotics is a key to this.
So now, the industry is flooded with probiotic products and it's hard to tell one from another. We're not experts and manufacturers are dependent on that. They throw long names at us like lactobacillus acidophilus and we assume they've got it covered.
Dr. Howard Robins will explain the science behind this and what we really need to know about what can help us and what cannot. I'm so surprised about how fooled we are and how we've been taken advantage of.
Tune in for this opportunity to hear inside info so we can make better decisions.
We talk a lot about angels but how many people have had active conversations with them? Do you hear from them? Do they actively respond to you? Many people are highly intuitive but only some are oracles of the Universe.
Adria Estribou is back on the show to let the angels tell us more. They speak through her while she's conscious and she just lets the words flow through her.
We're asking them to offer strategies about how to deal with so much struggle in life, and especially this year.
These are times, particularly this year, when we'd all like to have higher guidance. Most people don't know where to turn as they don't know people like Adria Estribou, who speaks with angels. Tune into the show to hear from Adria and also we'll have input from archangel Raphael and archangel Ariel. It's not that Adria has the answers so we'll see how she's able to express the input from above.
We're all interested in how this year will flow and how we'll be able to deal with it. What are we capable of? The angels will have deep answers that will help understand the current energies both in the world and in ourselves so we can find our power.

Sandra Mendelson, the author of "We Walk Beside You, Animal Messages for and awakening world", is back again to tell us more about what the animals have to say. They have a lot of wisdom about many different subject matters and I've asked Sandra to compile her responses from various species about love. Every species has its awakened representatives who are capable of conversing with her. Just like humans who aren't all wise, the animals have similar percentages. Sandra has asked them to talk about love, what it means to them and for us. They understand us and how we are different from them in many ways and not always as wise. They understand our limitations.

Sandra Mendelson, a renowned animal communicator, has been hearing from many species about their experience of love and how they are different from us They see how we live and can recognize our limitations. It's amazing how wise they are and we can sure use a lot of their wisdom. Be sure to tune in and enjoy this special opportunity.

Grace Schireson the author of "Naked in the Zendo", is an accomplished Zen Buddhist master and President of the Shogaku Zen Institute (a Zen teachers' training seminary) She has practiced Zen since the 1960's and has traveled the world to do so in other places. I recently interviewed another Zen master, Brad Warner, and Grace brings us a different perspective of what Zen means and how a woman can accomplish the practice versus a man since it's a predominantly patriarchal system. She's been quite a pioneer bringing her female perspective into the mix. Zen has always been very impersonal and no one is supposed to have any unique individual needs. Expressed individuality and vulnerability have long been considered feminine traits and Grace wasn't going to ignore her personal and important needs. This was a confrontation in many Zen centers yet she found some enlightened male abbots who could hear her. Grace has always had her special dietary preferences and she developed some bio-mechanical differences so the different centers she practiced in had to learn to accommodate her. This led, among other reasons, to a lot of leadership opportunities. Grace is very well spoken about her long, fascinating history as a Zen practitioner and master.

Grace Schireson is an accomplished Zen practitioner and teacher and has wonderful stories to tell of her fascinating journey through the Zen world.
Tune in to hear her talk about her evolution from a 60's motorcycle riding hippie to the wise senior she's become. It wasn't an easy trip dealing with a predominantly male system that had many rules that couldn't be questioned until she came along.
