He gets into the details of making things work more effectively so let's move into this year with clear input from an expert on output.  I read John's latest book, "Zentrepreneur" and have been motivated by so many of his ideas.

Our difficult emotions seem to be such a problem in life and it would appear best to live without them. The struggle is actually our greatest opportunity to discover the richness in life by climbing deep into our souls for answers.

 

I'm interviewing Robert Augustus Masters, the author of "Emotional Intimacy" and many other books about emotions.  In his book, and this interview, he dissects many important emotions that we experience to help us know them better and work with them more effectively.  Often we live in a jumble of emotions and this can aid us in clarifying them and even a combination of them.

 

Some of our feelings aren't really our pure emotions but our story about them which ends up confusing us more and we become less likely to untangle ourselves.

Energy Stew - Alexander Dunlop - 12/14/13

We are all living in the personalities of the playing cards we've uniquely been born into.  I was born as a 4 of Clubs.  It's been fascinating to learn about it and how it relates to the other cards in my family.  My wife is a 2 of Clubs.   It's very helpful in understanding ourselves better and those around us. 

I'm again interviewing card expert Alexander Dunlop.  We'll be mostly talking about how to live with the cards of our friends and family.

I'm interviewing my favorite astral travelers again, Stefanie S. Darrell and Darren Knight.   This time, their focus is the Akashic Records.  These are the records kept in the Universe of the personal details of this life and our former lives.  They are accessible to highly intuitive and responsible people and once one dies, they are important for each person to review.

In their travels, Stefanie and Darren meet and work with a highly evolved spirit named John Montgomery.  In this show, he will also make an appearance through a channeling by Darren.

Energy Stew - What Happens When We Die - 11/30/13

For many of us, it's not a matter of belief that there's an afterlife.  Some of us can communicate with the dead and millions of others have had some sort of re-connection with those who have died.

I'm interviewing Echo Bodine, a gifted intuitive who has many interactions not only with the dead but also with the souls of people who are dying.  If we under- stood the process better, it would make it a lot easier for families to assist in the transition.  Her book "What Happens When We Die" is an opportunity to learn so much about it.

She writes about the reasons souls have given her for dying no matter how inopportune the death may appear to be.  It really helps to see everything in the bigger picture of our soul journey and soul purpose. It's often not what we are led to believe through the limited reality we normally see.  Death is not the problem if we're truly moving on to a heavenly place. Grief and loss are our biggest troubles and we need to honor that struggle.

Energy Stew - What if Jesus Spoke Today?

A lot of intuition flows through from higher consciousness and many of us intuitives don't ask from where it comes.  It's the quality of the information that counts.  Hope Ives Mauran, the author of "Being the Miracle of Love", believes the same but her messages often come from spirits who offer their names.  That was the case with her new book dictated to her by a spirit named Jesus.

She understood and I reacted that many of us might question who this spirit truly is.  I cautiously waded into the book and was very swayed by the profound messages throughout.  We are coming into a new age and the book is filled with understandings of what will be needed to be in the consciousness of a world that can actually work.

For so many of us, mental/emotional health is a primary goal as we or loved ones are struggling for more calm, clarity, coping and normalcy.

We might not realize what a popular tool art has become for healing.  When people can be immersed in creation, they can open blocks that have stifled the healing process.  

Dr. Michael Samuels, the co-author of "Healing with the Arts", is my guest to talk about the process people can enter to find their own artistic passion.  In reading the book, I got very excited about the many different ways we can recognize our inner artist/healer and create art projects such as Medicine Wheels that empower us.
