The show time is Noon on Saturdays
(and always archived)

The Human Design System shows how unique we are and helps us understand our own challenges in life.  I'll be speaking with Mark Germain, a fellow Human Design coach, and we'll describe the ways that the chakra system in the charts offer insight into our struggles and gifts.

We'll be talking about each chakra and what it says about how we know ourselves or not.  For very many people, a majority of the chakras in their particular charts lack definition and offer challenges.
We'll help you understand what this can mean to you.

You can email me for a free chart to be emailed back to you so you can see what we're talking about in your own case - peter@heartriver.org.

Be sure to tune in to learn more about yourself.

Our survival skills and needs have been fine tuned in us and yet they aren't geared toward happiness. Conditioning from difficult life experiences can deplete our energy and keep us guarded and limited. We hear so much about living in our hearts but how can we trust them when our minds think they know best?

Ronna Prince embarked on a film journey to empower the heart but first she had to heal her own. That path helped lead her to create a wonderful new film, "Sacred Journey of the Heart". We can all do a better job with positive conditioning and her film is an opportunity to feel our hearts grow stronger.

Tune in to this insightful interview with Ronna about her route to make this film and the messages it holds.

Energy Stew interview with Richard Moss

How much energy do you spend on fears that don't turn out so bad?Sometimes, potential troubles can even become blessings. It's important to learn how to stay centered and balanced so we can overcome wasting energy on false beliefs.

My guest is Richard Moss, the author of "Inside-Out Healing", who will explain how to transform life through the power of presence. He uses a special technique working with a "Mandala of Being" that he created to facilitate overcoming the distractions of illusion that keep us from staying present. Be sure to tune in and learn how to stay more centered.

We all come from the past and are living in the effect of it.  Certain aspects of the past can affect us immensely in many ways.  It's certainly helpful to learn what happened and perhaps why so we can see the patterns of it in our current lives.

Regressive hypnosis is a wonderful tool to be able to travel back and have a first-hand experience of previous events that we might not consciously have any idea about.

I'm interviewing Georgina Cannon who has worked with thousands of people and wrote the book "Return Again".  We'll be talking about the power of regression and the insights and healing that comes from it.  Be sure to tune in and learn about the power of tapping into the past.
